Nine new EU-OSHA case studies provide inspiring real-world examples of how workplaces across Europe are turning awareness into action to support mental health — the focus of the upcoming Healthy Workplaces Campaign ‘Together for mental health at work’.

Six case studies feature national or sectoral initiatives designed to raise awareness and strengthen psychosocial risk prevention. They showcase how broader schemes helped drive meaningful change within enterprises, translating policy and guidance into concrete workplace improvements.

The remaining three present company-led prevention efforts, offering valuable insights into how organisations can proactively address psychosocial risks and promote mental wellbeing.
