On International Women’s Day 2024, EU-OSHA has published a new discussion paper exploring the gender dimensions of telework and the key challenges faced by women.

The paper highlights the impact of the shift towards telework and hybrid models, revealing how these changes disproportionately affect women’s wellbeing and integration in the labour market.

It calls for gender-sensitive regulatory reforms and further research into gender biases in corporate and national policies.
