Risk assessment opens the door to safe and healthy work. Yet many small businesses struggle to unlock that door, held back by limited resources and a lack of OSH expertise.

Fifteen years ago, EU-OSHA launched OiRA, the Online interactive Risk Assessment platform, to help MSEs across Europe manage occupational risks and better protect their workers.

Today, OiRA has grown into a Europe-wide success story. From bakeries in Cyprus and beauty salons in France to road transport companies in Portugal and construction sites in Latvia, workplaces across hundreds of sectors benefit from free, easy-to-use digital tools tailored to their activities and national contexts.

Behind this success is the OiRA community: national authorities, social partners and OSH organisations that continue to develop new tools, helping MSEs open the door to stronger prevention. To date, 375 tools have been released, with another 50 in the pipeline and more than 630,000 risk assessments have been initiated.

Find your country. Choose your sector. Use OiRA.
