Home and residential care in France - how the TutoPrév’ approach prepares new hires and supports teachers

This case study focuses on the three TutoPrév’ tools developed in response to the high incidence of work-related accidents and diseases in France’s home and residential care sector. The practical approach helps identify hazards and risks in specific work environments and has interactive features to support the learning process.

The tools improve student engagement, foster collaboration among teachers and connect theoretical content with practical work. There is strong potential for transferability to other EU Member States and sectors with similar occupational risk profiles.
