Description

A webinar hosted by the Danish Working Environment Authority, EU-OSHA's focal point in Denmark, focuses on ergonomics as a key factor in preventing musculoskeletal injuries and physical strain.

Participants are introduced to common ergonomic risks in various sectors, including healthcare, cleaning, hospitality, office or remote work and any other industry with physical work, repetitive tasks, prolonged sitting and screen use. Expert speakers present methods for risk assessment, along with practical tools and training resources to support prevention.

The event, aimed at occupational safety and health professionals, managers and workplace representatives, also highlights how ergonomic risks are monitored through workplace inspections and demonstrates how European and national initiatives can be used to improve workers’ ergonomic health.

It is organised in the context of European Week for Safety and Health at Work.
