The objective of this call for tenders is to conclude a mixed multiple framework contracts with a maximum of 5 contractors in order to ensure the participating EU entities’ compliance with regulatory obligations for monitoring and evaluation. 

The specific objectives are: 

1. To secure availability of evaluation and feedback services for the participating EU entities.

2. To provide participating EU entities with support in the implementation of their respective evaluation tasks (as expressed in entities’ evaluation programmes, strategies or plans) through the provision of externally sourced evaluation and feedback expert services.

This procurement procedure has been launched under the lead of the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC).  ECDC is launching the call also on behalf of the following Contracting Authorities:

Please note that the list of participating entities may be extended to include any other institution, agency or body created on the basis of the Treaties or secondary Union law after the launch of this procedure.
