Prevention services' role in supporting occupational safety and health compliance in Ireland

This policy brief underlines the beneficial effects Ireland’s internal and external prevention services can have on compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH). Through discussion of three related case studies, it is shown how different approaches can be beneficial.

It notes valuable lessons to be gained from the Grenfell Tower Inquiry findings and that more research is needed on how prevention services providers engage with clients to achieve OSH compliance improvements.
