The Spanish Ministry of Health (Ministerio de Sanidad) has published a report analysing how psychosocial risks at work contribute to mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and other disorders.

It highlights the importance of clinical and epidemiological monitoring to better understand and address the mental health impact of work.

This topic is also at the heart of EU-OSHA’s upcoming Healthy Workplaces Campaign 2026-28, Together for mental health at work.
