Description
A webinar in Romania highlights the importance of managing psychosocial risks and promoting mental health in the workplace as an essential part of occupational safety and health (OSH).
The event, hosted by our focal point in the country, Institutul Naţional de Cercetare - Dezvoltare pentru Protecţia Muncii ''Alexandru Darabont'' - INCDPM, București, takes a multidisciplinary approach and discusses psychosocial risk assessment methods and digital tools, as well as strategies for addressing stress, burnout and other work-related mental health issues.
By combining perspectives from OSH experts, psychologists, occupational physicians, representatives from institutions and members of the focal point’s network, the webinar seeks to broaden participants’ understanding of what constitutes health at work.
