Taking place annually on 28 April and organised by the International Labour Organization (ILO), this year’s World Day for Safety and Health at Work advocates for a safe and healthy working environment as a fundamental principle and right at work.
Within EU-OSHA, this celebration is framed under principle number 10 of the European Pillar of Social Rights. It recognises that having a healthy, safe and well-adapted work environment is essential to achieving a strong, fair and inclusive social Europe.
