The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) is planning to launch a call for tender for the provision of a report on workforce diversity and work-related psychosocial risks: review of facts, figures and case examples. The overall objectives of the contract to be awarded are: • to investigate to what extent certain diverse groups within the workforce are associated to a higher exposure to work-related psychosocial risk factors, the context and factors contributing to this increased exposure (such as psychosocial risk factors linked to occupational segregation); • present a range of examples of prevention practices; • draft a report summarising the findings. The outcome should improve understanding of what the issues are and what can be done in practice. Expected deliverables are: • Research review report (40-45 pages or 30,000-33,750 words plus references and links) • Good practices review report (20 pages or about 15,000 words, plus references and links) • Individual good practice examples to be published as standing alone reports (maximum 2 pages each). • Synthetic report (up to 15 pages or about 12,500 word words, plus references and links) A summary PPT of up to 15 slides presenting the findings of the project. The maximum total budget available for the contract to be awarded is EUR 50,000 (excluding VAT).
