The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) is planning to launch a call for tender for the provision of a practical guidance and workplace cases on supporting mental health in small companies.

The overall objectives of the contract to be awarded are:
To provide practical guidance and workplace cases on how employers of small companies can support workers experiencing work and non-work-related mental health issues. The guidance will be suitable for those who see themselves as non-experts on mental health, explaining how their role and responsibility in terms of workers health can be successfully fulfilled within the limited resources. The workplace cases will present the implemented actions in small companies across different sectors and regulatory contexts. They will be based on the field research capturing the actual experiences of the employers and workers. 
The outcomes will be promoted during the Healthy Workplaces Campaign ‘Together for Mental Health at Work’ (2026-28), in particular its priority area on ‘supporting mental health at work’. 
Expected deliverables are:
- A guidance overview for small companies on supporting workers mental health
- Workplace cases providing in-depth examples of the approaches implemented in a small company to support workers mental health
- Brief descriptions of the workplace cases targeted to be read by workers and employers 
The maximum total budget available for the contract to be awarded is EUR  60.000 (excluding VAT).

Economic operators may express their interest either individually or as members of a consortium. Please note that invited candidates may submit a joint tender with other economic operators only if they have previously expressed their interest as a consortium.
