The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) is planning to launch a call for tender with the following deliverables and objectives:
Expected deliverables are:

the contracting of the renting of hygienic and sanitary equipment, including installation, commissioning and related maintenance services.
Among others: sanitary bins, anti-bacterial flush, surface hygiene product dispenser, air purifiers and anti-dirt and/or disinfectant mats.

the supply of associated products:
Among others: hand sanitiser gel, bactericidal cleaner for doormats and complementary products.
The overall objectives of the contract to be awarded are:

to ensure a healthy indoor environment, in particular an adequate level of hygiene and sanitation across EU-OSHA facilities and in particular in the areas most exposed to the development, proliferation and concentration of indoor contaminants.
A site visit is foreseen as part of the procedure. Further details will be provided in the Tender Specifications.
The maximum total budget available for the contract to be awarded is EUR 60.000,00 excluding VAT.
It is possible to express interest as an individual organisation or a consortium. However please note that invited candidates can submit a joint tender with other economic operators only if they have expressed interest in the planned procedure as a consortium. Information on participation rules.
