The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) is planning to launch a call for tender for the above-mentioned subject matter
The overall objectives of the contract to be awarded are:
1.    To increase knowledge, to raise awareness and to improve access to information related to work-related psychosocial risk factors and mental health in the education sector.
2.    To provide an overview of the prevalence of psychosocial risk factors and mental health issues of workers in the education sector, identifying risks particular to the sector and considering vulnerable subgroups of workers.
3.    To present existing recommendations and examples for the sector of good practices and interventions for addressing psychosocial risks and mental health at work.
Expected deliverables are:
- a comprehensive report (max 40-50 pages/30.400-38,000 words) based on the results of the research tasks.
- a PowerPoint presentation summarising the main findings of the research, and a stand-alone executive summary based on the final report.

The maximum total budget available for the contract will be EUR 50,000 (excluding VAT).
