Call for Tender: F4E-AFC-1833 Provision of Facilities Support Services for F4E, EC REP Bcn, EC REP Madrid, EU-OSHA and EFCA

This call for tender is launched as an Inter-Agency procurement, under the lead of Fusion for Energy (F4E), together with:

  • the European Fisheries Control Agency (EFCA),
  • the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA),
  • the Representation of the European Commission in Madrid,
  • the Representation of the European Commission in Barcelona.

The future Inter-Institutional Framework Contract aims at providing to all the Contracting Authorities with various support services in the fields of: 

  1. Cleaning and Waste Management services;
  2. Security Services;
  3. Auxiliary services, such as reception, mail and courier, meetings and events organisation;
  4. International Driver Services;
  5. Facilities Management and Maintenance Services.
