SME introduces the SGM System of the Austria Social Accident Insurance

The specialised software developer company had 25 employees. The main reason for introducing the safety and health management system of the Austrian Social Accident Insurance (AUVA-SGM) was to improve the running of the organisation and its processes and to overcome communication problems faced by employees dealing directly with customers at the customers’ workplace.
