Seasonal workers: know your rights and stay safe and healthy at work

Seasonal workers across the EU have the right to be safe and healthy at work. But they are often exposed to precarious living and working conditions, worsened by the COVID-19 pandemic. The campaign Rights for All Seasons in the agri-food sector, launched by the European Labour Authority, aims to raise awareness of seasonal workers’ rights and the services available to them.

This campaign flyer provides easy-to-understand guidance for seasonal workers on their rights, the risks they might face and their employers’ responsibilities. It also highlights where they can get help if needed and contains links to further useful information.
