On International Migrants Day EU-OSHA reaffirms its support for the rights of the more than 11 million non-EU migrant workers.

Migrant workers are disproportionately exposed to safety and health risks, including musculoskeletal disorders, psychosocial challenges, job insecurity and discrimination.

They are particularly overrepresented in sectors characterised by poor and demanding working conditions, such as construction and digital platform work. It is essential to implement measures that improve their working conditions.
