New ILO Curriculum on Building Modern and Effective Labour Inspection

The International Labour Organization (ILO) has published a new training curriculum to continue to strengthen the capacity of labour inspectorates globally and to assist in building effective and efficient national labour inspection systems.

“Building Modern and Effective Labour Inspection Systems” is a modular package with 17 modules covering a wide range of aspects related to labour inspection, from principles, policies and strategies to practical tools and methods for visits.

Committed to continue to strengthen the capacity of labour inspectorates globally, this new ILO Curriculum adds two modules on psychosocial risks:

Ensuring compliance with legislation on psychosocial risks (module 14)

Inspection actions to deal with psychosocial risks (module 15)
