How has technology affected the way we work in the EU? How does the digital era continue to offer both benefits and challenges to safe and healthy workplaces?

Tackling these important questions EU-OSHA is organising its Healthy Workplaces Summit on safe and healthy work in the digital age in Bilbao, Spain on 3-4 December 2025.

A dynamic programme of expert-led sessions will bring together leading voices in occupational safety and health to explore the influence of digitalisation at work on issues such as organisational risks, worker participation to ensure a safe workplace, ethical aspects of using technologies, mental health and more.

The Summit marks the end of EU-OSHA's Healthy Workplaces Campaign on safe and healthy work in the digital age. A central feature of the event will be a celebration in honour of the Good Practice Award winners, who implemented innovative solutions using digital technologies in their EU country to stay safe and healthy in the workplace.

Participation in person to the Summit is by invitation only, but events will be live-streamed.
