New online risk assessment tool helps businesses in the Horeca sector protect workers

A new OiRA tool for the hotel and restaurant sector has been launched. The tool was developed by Hotrec and EFFAT, with support from EU-OSHA, and has been validated at EU level.

Slips and trips, burns, hazardous substances and stress are among the many risks faced by Horeca workers. This new tool, allows national OiRA and social partners to equip hospitality businesses to assess risks and design an action plan to manage them.
