Healthy Workplaces Film Award

Healthy Workplaces Film Award

The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work presents since 2009 the Healthy Workplaces Film Award, as a category within the International Leipzig Festival for Documentary and Animated Films. Alongside the prize fund of €5,000, EU-OSHA also funds the subtitling and the production of DVDs of the winning films in multiple European languages for use by the directors and distribution among EU-OSHA’s national network (Focal Points) across the 28 EU Member States and other European countries.

The award honours a documentary or an animated film that focuses on the human being in a changing world of work. The film should deal with the effects of political and economic change on the way we work and live, or work-related topics such as physical and psychosocial conditions, existing and new risks at work.

Information on rules, regulations and deadlines for applications can be found on the website of the International Leipzig Festival for Documentary and Animated Film
