A new Eurostat publication focuses on the legal status of the recognition of COVID-19 and long COVID as an accident at work and/or an occupational disease at national level, in the EU Member States, some EFTA, candidate and potential candidate countries.
It is an update of the Statistical reports issued by Eurostat on the Possibility of recognising COVID-19 as being of occupational origin at national level in EU and EFTA countries.
