Description
As workplaces evolve, so do the challenges around mental health and psychosocial risks at work.
To focus on how regulation and policy can proactively support healthier, more resilient work environments, the EAHOP is organising a policy event. This event will take place on the 9th and the 10th of October 2025, the World Mental Health Day.
Across two days, OSH policymakers, practitioners, researchers and stakeholders will gather at the International Labour Organisation in Geneva, Switzerland. They will explore how legislation is being used to manage psychosocial risks and promote mental well-being at work, and how these efforts can be evaluated and improved. The aim of this policy event is to foster rich and productive discussions and exchanges of knowledge, experiences and good practices on the topic.
It will include roundtables, presentations, an open forum on the future of policy-making on work-related psychosocial risks, as well as many networking opportunities.
Julia Flintrop, Research Project Manager at EU-OSHA, will take part in the event to share her expertise on the issue.
Expect insightful discussions, collaborative learning, and actionable takeaways to help shape the future of mental health at work.
