Description
An event hosted by our French focal point, Ministère du Travail, brings together decision-makers, medical specialists, researchers and occupational safety and health (OSH) professionals to address mental health at work in the public sector.
The programme includes sessions on the determinants of mental health and measures that can help restore meaning in public service work, as well as on prevention and support for staff exposed to violence in the workplace.
A round table explores the role of digital technologies and their potential to either support or stigmatise workers with mental health conditions. The link between mental health and addictive behaviours is also examined, highlighting the specific challenges that it poses for the world of work.
The day concludes with an open discussion with participants, offering space for dialogue and exchange.
