The digital revolution is a two-sided coin for the world of Vocational Education and Training (VET), bringing opportunities and challenges alike. The rapid transformation of workplaces, through artificial intelligence, automation, and remote work arrangements, highlights a pressing concern: How can we keep ensuring the well-being of learners, teachers and managers in an increasingly digitalized world?  With this important question in mind, we need to consider a future for VET from a perspective that treats well-being as an absolute priority. 

For this reason, the 34th edition of the EfVET Annual Conference will take place in Fátima, Portugal from the 22nd to the 25th of October 2025. This year's theme is "Well-Being in a Digitalised World: Crafting the Future of VET 2035" 

Over the course of four days, educators, students, vocational training managers, employers, and policymakers from across Europe and beyond will gather to discuss the topic and collaboratively design the future of vocational education with well-being as a guiding principle. There will be panel discussions, workshops, school visits, and many networking opportunities, including a gala dinner. 

EU OSHA's Communication Officer, Violaine Roggeri, will take an active part in the conference as she will participate in a panel discussion on the second day of the conference and will host a roundtable on the OSHVET project, with a focus on the current HWC Campaign.
