In Spring 2022, a representative sample of over 27,000 employed workers was interviewed on the phone across all EU Member States, plus Iceland and Norway.
Key focus areas include:
- Psychosocial risk factors, stress and mental health
- Work-related health outcomes
- OSH preventive measures with a focus on mental health
- Opinions and experience of OSH in the workplace
- Digitalisation and use of digital technologies
The findings are available in an overview report and summary, while 29 country factsheets offer a glimpse into the national results, and an infographic highlights the main findings. The survey results support EU-OSHA’s research projects on digitalisation of work, psychosocial risks and stress at work, and improving compliance with OSH regulations.

The 2025 survey gathers information about the workers and the main characteristics of their job. It then focuses on the psychosocial risks stemming from the use of digital technologies and from climate change, their impact on occupational safety and health (OSH) and the measures implemented in their workplace to prevent such risks.
More specifically, the survey addresses the following areas:
- The use of digital technologies at work
- Climate change-related risks
- Psychosocial risk factors
- Work-related health outcomes, including stress and mental health
- OSH preventive measures
Explore the findings through:
- An overview report and summary
- Two factsheets per country covering national findings on climate change and psychosocial risks/mental health
- Infographics for a quick overview of the main EU findings related to:
The survey results support EU-OSHA’s work on climate change and OSH, psychosocial risks and stress at work, and digitalisation of work.
