Managing occupational risks in domestic work in Spain is easier with Prevencion10.es, a risk assessment tool developed by EU-OSHA’s Spanish national focal point and IRAT partner INSST.

INSST presented the tool together with its technical guide and harassment protocol for domestic work, at a workshop available to watch online.

On 29 September, INSST will also host a webinar on how to use Prevencion10.es in practice.

France and Belgium have also developed country-specific OiRA tools addressing occupational risk prevention in domestic work. At European level, an OiRA tool supports organisations in preventing and addressing harassment at work, with particular attention to sexual harassment.

Together, these resources tackle psychosocial risks in a sector where prevention can be especially challenging.

European Day of Languages

On 26 September, we celebrate the European Day of Languages and Europe’s rich linguistic diversity.

Multilingualism is central to EU-OSHA’s mission to make occupational safety and health knowledge accessible across Europe. By providing reliable OSH guidance and tools in multiple languages, we help strengthen a shared culture of prevention at work.

Explore EU-OSHA’s multilingual resources and join us in celebrating safety and health in all EU languages.

Nearly half (45 %) of workers in the EU face risks for their mental health at work. Action is needed. Today in Brussels, EU-OSHA launches its EU-wide Healthy Workplaces Campaign 2026-28: together for mental health at work to help employers prevent, assess and manage psychosocial risks at work.
