Residential care workers face high physical demands, psychosocial risks and staffing pressures. This case describes a continuous evaluation approach that supports the early identification of workplace risks, combined with staff-management dialogue to translate worker feedback into practical workplace improvements. It illustrates a model for strengthening occupational safety and health in long-term care that can be transferred to other settings.
