Definition:

assessment of an organisation based on whether and how effectively it is achieving its objectives

Context:

QWL effects: job autonomy, participation in decision-making, development of skills and competencies, reduction of stress risks, less physical workload, work–life balance. Psychosocial effects: well-being. Organisational performance : staff engagement, labour productivity, innovative culture, innovative behaviour.
