organisational environment that allows people of varying backgrounds, mindsets and ways of thinking to work effectively together and to perform to their highest potential in order to achieve organisational objectives based on sound principles
Diversity should be seen as a resource for learning, change and renewal and should be included in the organisation’s mission. In this context, several leadership styles support an inclusive organisation, e.g. transformational leadership and high-quality leader–member exchange.
