post-partum worker
worker who gave birth not more than 14 weeks preceding a material date with a postpartum health-related absence based primarily on the pace of maternal recovery, including the extent of complications during birth and recovery
Establishing or maintaining breastfeeding is not considered sufficient reason for a postpartum worker to remain off work on health-related leave.
