co-determination
cooperation between management and workers in decision-making, especially by the representation of workers on management boards

In the public sector, the collective agreement, FAS 05, on joint cooperation on work environment and co-determination issues states that the first step of cooperation on the work environment (and hence worker participation) shall be regular work group meetings (Arbetsplatsträff, APT), where the work environment shall also be addressed.
