Safety culture
attitude, beliefs, perceptions and values that employees share in relation to safety in the workplace

Positive attitudes and experiences towards participation and engagement in OSH, a key component of a good safety culture, can be eveloped in schools through actively involving pupils in appropriate ways in safety management in their schools, as is required in Sweden, for example.
