Definition:
any person defined or recognised as a member of the family or designated as a member of the household by the legislation under which benefits are provided;

Context:
'When parental leave allowance is paid under Article 67 of this Regulation to a member of the family who is not employed, the parental leave allowance is paid at a level corresponding to the basic or lowest level.'
