Many of us sit at a computer all day long and constantly. Frequent screen work (also in the home office) can result in neck and shoulder tension, back problems and headaches. The Swiss Accident Insurance Fund Suva offers on its website the prevention module “Working healthily on the screen” with tips and exercises on how to prevent musculoskeletal diseases. You may use the modules by yourself or with help of a Suva specialist. You will find a film, a presentation as well as several leaflets explaining the ergonomic working position and equipment.
