These 3 short videos demonstrate simple exercises with an elastic band that can be done as an active break during the workday. The exercises are aimed at preventing and reducing pain and discomfort in muscles and joints, and should give a boost of energy immediately after they have been done. The exercises train the shoulders, neck, arms, legs and back. Each video is a 10-min full programme that begins with a 1-min warm-up followed by three rounds of three different exercises in a circle-training fashion. They were produced for NIVA by Professor Lars L. Andersen from the National Research Centre for the Working Environment in Denmark.
