En 2014, Spartoo, e-commerçant spécialiste de la chaussure, décide de ré-internaliser la partie logistique de son activité, jusque-là confiée à un prestataire. L’entreprise a créé dans cette optique une filiale baptisée Toolog. L’entrepôt ainsi que les process ont été conçus pour limiter la manutention et préserver la santé de ses salarié. Le circuit et le fonctionnement du convoyeur qui traverse les 23 000 m² d’entrepôt et conduit les produits depuis l’espace de livraison jusqu’aux stocks et à la zone d’expédition ont été pensés pour réduire les manutentions à la portion congrue.

In 2014, Spartoo, an e-tailer specialising in footwear, decided to re-internalise the logistics part of its business, which had previously been entrusted to a service provider. To this end, the company created a subsidiary called Toolog. The warehouse and processes were designed to limit handling and protect the health of its employees. The circuit and operation of the conveyor belt that runs through the 23,000 m² warehouse and takes the products from the delivery area to the stocks and the dispatch area have been designed to reduce handling to a minimum.
