Description
On the occasion of its relocation, the micro bank Canovia launched an in-depth reflection on the layout of its new premises in order to take into account the well-being of everyone and to meet the needs of its employees.
The way the team functions and the organisation of work were the main subjects of reflection upstream. The offices are grouped in islands of three, in the open space.
The desks are adjustable in height, so that in the future they can be used for standing work or for people with reduced mobility. Each desk is equipped with two screens and an ergonomic chair. The circulation in the space has been organised so that people can move around without having to pass in the immediate vicinity of the offices. To ensure acoustic comfort, acoustic partitions were installed between each island. The carpeting was treated to absorb noise, as was the false ceiling.
À l’occasion de son déménagement, la banque TPE Canovia a lancé une profonde réflexion sur l’aménagement de ses nouveaux locaux pour prendre en compte le bien-être de chacun et répondre aux besoins de ses salariés.
Le mode de fonctionnement de l’équipe et l’organisation du travail ont constitué les plus gros sujets de réflexions en amont. Les bureaux sont regroupés par îlots de trois, dans l’espace ouvert.
Les bureaux sont réglables en hauteur, pour travailler debout ou accueillir à l’avenir des personnes à mobilité réduite. Chacun est équipé de deux écrans et d’un fauteuil ergonomique. La circulation a été organisée dans l’espace pour que les personnes se déplacent sans passer à proximité immédiate des bureaux. Pour assurer le confort acoustique, des cloisons phoniques ont été installées entre chaque îlot. La moquette a été traitée pour absorber le bruit tout comme le faux-plafond.
