Description
Because the health of its employees is at the centre of its actions, Sateco recommends a series of safety gestures and postures to be put into practice on a daily basis to avoid MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders).
This preventive approach involves good practices to be adopted for all types of tasks: Carrying heavy loads, Carrying high loads, Storage, Standing and sitting.
At the end of this video, a quiz allows you to assess your knowledge in a fun and educational way.
