Description

This manual has three objectives: to understand how the musculoskeletal system works, to understand how it can deteriorate and to develop solutions adapted to the hotel and catering sector. In particular, it offers many illustrations of the good practical actions to be carried out by the staff of the hotel and catering sector in their daily work practice.

 

Ce manuel poursuit trois objectifs : connaître le fonctionnement de l’appareil musculosquelettique, comprendre comment il peut se détériorer et développer des solutions adaptées au secteur de l’horeca. Il propose notamment de nombreuses illustrations des bons gestes pratiques à effectuer par le personnel du secteur de l’horeca dans sa pratique quotidienne de travail.
