The family business Sodiporc, which specialises in the manufacture of half-industrial and half-crafted charcuterie products, is committed to improving working conditions for its employees.
With the help of the Carsat, it has been able to double its efforts to prevent MSDs.
The company has worked on the ergonomics of cutting stations and a sausage production line, in order to limit restrictive movements and the clutter of work areas.
Some of the most arduous tasks were automated in order to limit the occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders
