As part of a prevention contract, the Don Camillo restaurant in Orléans was able to finance the purchase of several pieces of equipment to reduce handling and the risk of musculoskeletal disorders in the kitchen and bar.
During renovation work, the Don Camillo benefited from a prevention contract accompanying the purchase of equipment aimed at reducing several occupational risks: handling, falls, burns, repetitive movements. Among the acquisitions, a braising pan (cooking tank) which reduces handling and the risk of burns, an anti-slip floor which reduces the risk of falls from the same level in the kitchen, and an osmosis machine which eliminates the need to wipe glasses by hand.
Dans le cadre d’un contrat de prévention, le restaurant Don Camillo, situé à Orléans, a pu financer l’achat de plusieurs appareils réduisant les manutentions et les risques de troubles musculosquelettiques, en cuisine et au bar. À l’occasion de travaux de rénovation, le Don Camillo a bénéficié d’un contrat de prévention accompagnant l’achat d’équipements visant à réduire plusieurs risques professionnels : manutentions, chutes, brûlures, gestes répétitifs.
Parmi les acquisitions, une braisière (cuve à cuisson) qui diminue les manutentions et les risques de brûlure, un sol antidérapant qui réduit les risques de chutes de plain-pied en cuisine, et un osmoseur qui supprime l’essuyage des verres à la main.
