Guide to the transfer supervisor

This guide is a brief overview of what it means to be a transfer counsellor in the social and health field. It is intended as an introduction to new supervisors and employees. The workplaces in the field are very diverse and range from large hospitals to smaller institutions to the elderly care in the homes of the citizens. In this guide the focus is on the overall conditions that apply to all workplaces, but nevertheless there may be advice, suggestions and descriptions that do not fit in your workplace.
