Description
A vast ergonomics programme, set up four years ago by Mars Chocolat on the Steinbourg site in the Bas-Rhin region, has made it possible to improve working conditions at certain target posts, before entering into a broader phase of screening for handling-related risks. Here, the employees, known as partners, are the primary actors in an approach whose ambition is to make their safety a part of everyday life.
Un vaste programme d’ergonomie, mis en place il y quatre ans par Mars Chocolat sur le site de Steinbourg, dans le Bas-Rhin, a permis d’améliorer les conditions de travail sur certains postes cibles, avant d’entrer dans une phase plus large de dépistage des risques liés aux manutentions. Ici, les salariés, appellés associés, sont les premiers acteurs d’une démarche dont l’ambition est de faire de leur sécurité un élément du quotidien.
