À l’Université de technologie de Belfort-Montbéliard, ces étudiants formés à l’ergonomie consacrent, en dernière année, plusieurs jours à l’analyse de situations de travail en entreprise. Trois d’entre eux se sont rendus chez Monts & Terroirs, un site d’affinage et de découpe de fromages à Poligny, dans le Jura.

Description
They are the design engineers of tomorrow. At the University of Technology of Belfort-Montbéliard, these students trained in ergonomics devote several days in their final year to the analysis of work situations in companies. Three of them went to Monts & Terroirs, a cheese maturing and cutting site in Poligny, in the Jura region.
