Description

This program presents various stretching and strengthening exercises that make it possible to prevent MSDs with ease and thus improve health. These exercises are presented on weekly calendars and allow you to work on individual parts or all parts of the body. The exercises take little time and require no special equipment or training gear.

 

 

Ce programme présente différents exercices d'étirement et de renforcement qui permettent de prévenir facilement les TMS et ainsi d'améliorer la santé. Ces exercices sont présentés sur des calendriers hebdomadaires et vous permettent de travailler sur des parties individuelles ou toutes les parties du corps. Les exercices prennent peu de temps et ne nécessitent aucun équipement spécial ni équipement d'entraînement.
