Description

Body mapping is a technique to gain information about hazards and ill-health effects in work. The results of using this data-gathering and reporting technique can be fed into the risk assessment and subsequent used to review processes. One of the main reasons this should be promoted is that body mapping has been shown to be very effective in gathering information and helping ordinary workers do something in relation to the health and safety risks that can affect them.
