Oriflame Poland has implemented a number of actions in order to enhance general mental wellbeing at work and to improve employee’s work-life balance. The goal of implementing such a programme was to reduce stress level and increase work satisfaction among employees. One achieved object of the changes was to make health and wellbeing part of the company culture and policy within Oriflame and to get employees full support and commitment on the interventions conducted.
