Summary - Mental health at work after the COVID pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic strongly impacted the world of work. This report presents the findings of an analysis of European surveys on mental health at work covering pre-, during and post-pandemic periods.

Significant takeaways relate to differing impact on particular sectors, type of work, subgroups of workers and gender, digitalisation, and the importance of organisations proactively implementing occupational safety and health measures. Also, addressing work-related psychosocial risks must be a part of measures to protect workers both now and against future critical events.
